*SPOILERS FOR ME3'S ENDING*

So I finally finished my first playthrough of Mass Effect 3. Overall the game lived up to it's hype, and strangely enough the picture I started BEFORE playing the game or knowing anything about the spoilers fit in rather well with the final battle on Earth. I only had to make a few tweaks to the background like including the Reaper beams.

I have this pegged as right before the final mad rush to the Conduit. Shepard promised she'd come back alive.....but both of them know what she has to do, and that it'll likely cost her life. She knows, and Garrus knows. I picked this piece for the "Love" theme because really this is the epitome of their relationship. They're right there in the thick of things together, and despite wanting more than anything to live through this and grow old together, they do what they have to, to make sure there's any future at all.

Personally I was disappointed in the ending and all the continuity errors that appeared to have cropped up out of nowhere in the last 10 minutes, but I'm not gonna go too in depth about it. There are plenty of theories circulating (some of which I subscribe to and can totally see working within the storyline that's already been built) and it's my understanding that Bioware has something up their sleeves about it.

This was not in the actual game, and was done before the Extended Cut came out. It was how I made peace with the fact that during the final part of the London battle your squadmates disappeared and somehow ended up back on the Normandy.

so the DLC is out and they had garrus tell her he loves her ;____; gah this game made me so sad ... like omg i felt completely horrible at the end like i gave up on him , gah romancing him was so bitter sweet lol but this is such a beautiful pic love it
